Taking the mind out of it, there are physical aspects that are also of use in GPS tracking business vehicles. Maybe you know the area better than your drivers. If you see them taking an inefficient route, you can suggest a better one next time. Or perhaps it's the other way around... you can watch the paths your drivers take and learn a little something to improve your own efficiency at getting around! And should the worst happen and a car get stolen or wrecked, you'll be able to tell quickly and take appropriate actions both for the sake of your business and for the driver, rather than waiting to be contacted by the driver before figuring out what to do.
