The difficulty with PLR products is, however, in many cases, that you are not the only one online who will be using it. Many online businessmen are acquainted with the power of private label rights products and are using such content to boost their own profits. So it isn't impossible that the material you have before you has also been bought by dozens, or hundreds, or even thousands of other such marketers, many of which have posted that material, in some form or other, on their sites or blogs.

The idea I am trying to promote is thus this: you simply must rework each PLR article or PLR ebook so that it actually ends up being absolutely unique. 1. Change the title
One type of editing is to change the main title of the work, whether an article or an e-book. Some PLR products come with ill-chosen titles where you simply have to take the time to change it, not only for SEO (search engine optimization) purposes, but also for the reader: if your article or ebook doesn't match the title very well, the reader may feel somewhat cheated.
And even if the PLR material does not have a badly chosen title, you still have to change it, for it can not be the same title as in the PLR package (which dozens or hundreds of other markets may not have changed before they published it). So you may want to spend some time with Google's free keyword tool to see which title would be most appropriate.
2. Moving paragraphs
It is not unusual to find that PLR materials are written in a quite untargeted fashion, with paragraphs that do not have a correct flow. One reason for this may be that the paragraphs are copied and pasted from other PLR sources in order to produce "new" products that the original author can sell again. (So watch out before you buy!)
One way to sort out this problem is simply to rearrange the paragraphs, so that they will flow better. Doing so is not only quick, but it is also a process that doesn't even require any typing. So it is, in that sense, "convenient" editing.
3. Deleting paragraphs
Removing one or more paragraphs is another way to "rewrite" or reorganize the paragraphs. This method may be especially proper to make use of when one is working with PLR ebooks and PLR articles of lesser quality, where there may be numerous paragraphs that fit badly with the theme of the PLR article or ebook.
4. Modify paragraphs
This is a technique by which you essentially hold on to the same main ideas in the paragraph, but you state them a bit in a different way. Instead of holding on to the text "PLR articles are articles that have Private Label Rights", you could do a rewrite like this: "PLR texts are electronic texts that grant the owner Private Label Rights."
5. Make paragraphs more extensive
It is correct to say that extending a paragraph might be thought of as just another way of rewriting a paragraph, and as such it could simply be a part of the previous method. However, I wish to preserve the the further development of a paragraph as a separate point, for it is a method by which one can change thePLR content into an even more unique and useful product for your clientele.
When I say "expanding a paragraph" I do not mostly think of it as a process of substitution, but as a process of addition. This process entails the adding of, for example, new questions, new arguments, new propositions, new reasons, new conclusions, new viewpoints, new data, new figures, etc.
Such an extension may now and then result in quite long paragraphs, so you might want to consider splitting up the longer paragraphs into several shorter ones. This is only an advantage, for it makes your article or ebook even more unique.
6. Inserting Related Links
Some PLR e-books and articles include links and keywords. In some cases you may want to keep those. In other cases you don't. Instead you may want to insert your own links and keywords that might be more suitable for your purposes.
Whatever the exact situation is, be careful when it comes to relevance. Do not add links and keywords that not relevant to the text. So in an article on how to lose weight, don't include a link to a course on how to succeed with real estate in Singapore. Be relevant and kind to the reader.

It is true that PLR e-books and articles may increase your online revenue if done properly. An important step toward success is to be very careful to rewrite the articles and ebooks in such a way that they end up being not only unique but also valuable to your potential customers.
While you are at it, you may even decide to do other alterations to make your visitors even more delighted with your material. You may, for example, add other components such as paintings, graphs, illustrations, or even videos.
